Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We only offer returns and exchanges for faulty or damaged items, as each item is made to order. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days upon receiving your item to request a return.

If a product is damaged, you should contact us within 30 days of product delivery. To start a return, you can contact us at info@miladodo.com. Please follow the guidelines stated on our Refund Policy Page located on our footer menu (the bottom of the page).

Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received your e-mail and inspected the return evidence proof, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not at this stage, but we are working to soon offer this service.

Can I combine shipping for multiple items?

Unfortunately, we are unable to combine shipping for multiple items. Each item category (hoodies, bottles, and totes) is shipped separately. If you order multiple items that belong to different categories, they will be shipped in separate packages.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Generally, orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and shipping times typically range from 2-5 business days.

What should I do if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?

In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer support team immediately at info@miladodo.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Timing: You must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to request a change of address. After this period, we may not be able to make any changes to the shipping address.
  2. Contact Method: Please send an email to info@miladodo.com with the subject line "Change of Address." This will help us identify and prioritize your request.
  3. Information Required: In your email, please include the following information:

  • Order Number
  • New Address

Once we receive your email, our team will review your request and confirm the address change if it's within the allowed time frame.
